Mr. Frank Osei-Wusu

Chairman

Mr. Frank Osei-Wusu  has a rich experience in upstream oil and gas with extensive Logistics and stakeholder management within the local energy industry. He has represented and worked with companies such as BGP Geographical Services, Vitol Upstream and Cirrus Oil Services Limited.

Ernest Appiah

Chief Operating Executive

is the Chief Operating Executive. Ernest has a Bsc. & MA. Ports and Shipping Administration with an extensive experience in shipping administration and logistics. Ernest has over 14 years’ experience in ground logistics and heavy industrial lifting management in the upstream sector and onshore seismic support services. Some of the notable projects he has worked on includes the T2 thermal plant in Aboadze, TICO thermal plant expansion as well as pipe operations and yard management for ENI Ghana and 2D Seismic for GNPC.

Nana Ekua Albert-Viala

Business Development & Corporate Affairs Executive

Nana Ekua has over 17 years total working experience in Corporate Affairs, real estate, logistics and project management for onshore and offshore seismic services operation. She holds an Msc Finance & Strategy, Executive MBA from China European International Business School (CEIBS) and is a Member of same, Dip. Estate Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Anantiele Mills

Legal Counsel

Anantiele is a corporate lawyer and a member in good standing of the Ghana Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) French and Spanish from University of Ghana, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from De Montfort University (UK) a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course from University of Westminster (UK) and a Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law. Anantiele has over 14 years legal experience working in Ghana and the United Kingdom. Her experience cuts across both the public and private sectors, working as an in-house Solicitor and in a corporate law firm. Her main practice areas have been within the Energy and Natural Resources (specifically mining and oil and gas) and Corporate and Commercial areas of the law.
